Make Your Own Energy Drink
Posted on May 4, 2010 by Sean Vosler in Before Oct 2010If you drink energy drinks, you know it can become expensive if you start drinking them regularly. Anywhere from $2 – $3 each, 3 to 4 a week, you do the math. I’ve decided to try and make my own energy drink, and attempt not to kill myself while doing so! My favorite energy drink is Nos, so I used it as a reference when calculating the ingredients ratios.
I opted to stick to the basics, what really give Energy drinks their kick ; B-Vitamins and of course… Caffeine!
The Math
Items Needed
If you can do basic math, you can figure out the ratios of ingredients for your drink. You can make it a lighter energy drink, or pump it up! Just be careful, you don’t want to have a heart attack!

hey Sean, how are these working out for ya?
